Summer

Summer arrived yesterday with a bang, or rather, a heat wave.  Temperatures soared to triple digits in parts of the Bay Area, and the smells of charcoal grills and hum of air conditioning units filled the air.  I always love this time of year, when you walk out of the house in the morning, and the sun instantly warms your skin.  It makes me think of outdoor adventures, lounging in a lawn chair with a book, grilled foods and mojitos.  So, here's to firing up the grill, minty drinks and heading outdoors....
